This free, confidential service can connect you to an Information Specialist Monday-Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm EST.
Information Specialists can help answer your questions concerning alcohol, tobacco, and other drugs. Services are available to community members, service providers, community organizations, and professionals who need information, support, referrals and advocacy.
Information Specialists are trained to provide accurate, up-to-date information on alcohol, tobacco and other drugs including, among others, risks, effects, signs and symptoms of use and can direct you to reliable sources of information.
Recovery Support Services, Helpline, and State Crisis Helpline
National and State resource sites, helplines, and crisis hotlines provide immediate support and referrals to programs and services via telephone, email, web or text messaging.
